We look at the name, location, domain and source behind a result before saying it belongs to your company. A mention or similar name alone is not evidence of a threat.
Respond to a real issue
The path may be a correction request, a platform report where a policy applies, a clear response, or stronger owned pages that answer the search. We do not post fake reviews or promise to remove criticism that does not meet a removal policy.
Keep the picture current
Monitoring can flag new public mentions and changes, but it cannot see private, paywalled or unindexed content. A human decision is still needed before acting on a new result.
